Booking through this site implies acceptance by the customer of each of the general conditions set forth in this document.

By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:

1) That you are of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you have understood all the conditions present on the site.
2) That the data provided at the time of online booking are true, complete and concise.
3) That the conditions only concern the web pages present in the site map.
4) That access to this site is the responsibility of the user.
5) That once the reservation has been made, the electronic document that has been formalized will be deposited, which can be accessed at any time.
6) That the reservation made will be confirmed, that is: the dates, the number of apartments, the number of people.
7) The conditions and price of the reservation are expressly determined by the rate conditions found on the page where the reservation is made.
8) That the credit card data is collected in order to guarantee the reservation.

Prices
The prices indicated are for sale to the public, VAT included.
The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of apartment desired
The fee does not include: services not specified such as transfers, parking, etc ...

Check-in and check-out times as a general rule and unless otherwise agreed: the apartments can be used from 4 pm to 8 pm on the day of arrival and check out by 11 am on the day of departure.

Passports and Visas
All travelers, without exception (including children) must have their respective personal and family documents, whether passport or identity card, according to current legislation.
All children under 18 must present a written authorization signed by their parents or guardians, providing that it can be requested by any authority. In the event that the visa is denied by the authorities, for particular reasons related to the user, or entry into the country is refused due to the lack of the necessary requirements or lack of the required documentation, the structure will not be responsible for events of this nature, therefore any resulting expense will be borne by the consumer, and the consequences foreseen in the event of a no-show, as set out in the tariff conditions.
